RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Returns

As a general norm for food products, they are non-returnable once delivered and accepted. Hence, if there is an issue with your order, or if the package is damaged, please do not accept the shipment and contact us to process refund. Please note that once the shipment is accepted, we cannot accept returns

Refunds

Every refund request received, once validated, and approved, will be processed and refunded in 7-14 working days to your original mode of payment. In case you do not receive a confirmation email within in 24 hours with the refund reference, please contact us at [email protected] for an update

• Items purchased on ‘Sale’ are not eligible for refunds
• Shipping charges will not be included in the refund amount and will be deducted from customer

Exchanges

If you receive your order damaged or opened, please do not accept the shipment and inform us via email to [email protected] or WhatsApp to 7736464886. We will assist you with exchange of the same or different item or a refund as per your discretion.
